How to access these resources:

To identify an item of interest, first open the Excel file in the Location Table folder below, which gives the name of the tool, a reference number (as assigned by the PCT) and the CQC Essential Standard Outcome to which it relates with regard to medicines management in care homes.  Also included here are a selection of patient leaflets.
